THE TWITTER PHENOMENON

Launched in July 2006, Twitter has become a global social networking phenomenon. The 140-character restriction has not limited its growth, which has been exponential from 400,000 tweets per quarter in 2007 to 50 million a day three years later.

Sources say that Twitter expects to have a billion users by the end of 2013, and that is worldwide profits will exceed a billion dollars.

Android KitKat 4.4

Android KitKat 4.4 Google's Sundar Pichai, head of both Android and Chrome, has confirmed that the next version of Android will be called KitKat. Yes, you've read correctly, KitKat, as in the trademarked name of the chocolate candy bar made by Nestle (and licensed by Hershey in the US). KitKat will be the codename for Android 4.4, not the long-rumored Android 5.0. Heracleion - A city Discovered Under Water After 1500 years

Heracleion, a much prosperous and a known city had been engulfed underwater 1500 years ago. This grand city had also been mentioned by the Greek writer Herodotus, the 5th-century BC historian.
